~ Sandy does not work on a commission basis.

~ It is not ethical or legal for grant consultants to be paid from grant awards. Grant writing is a specialized profession, and payment is due at the time of service.
 
~ Despite all the hype in the media, grants are not available to individuals (regardless of race, gender or social status), to start a business, purchase property or pay off debt. With a few exceptions, grants are intended for Non-Profit organizations.

~ Very few grant opportunities presently exist for "For-Profit" businesses (with the exception of R&D, High Technology, Agriculture and "Green" projects). However, business loans from your local bank or the U.S. Small Business Administration may be available (U.S. Small Business Administration).  Government Contracting opportunities (FedBizOpps) and creative partnerships with Non-Profits are also becoming more common.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Hourly Rate of $45.  Fixed Fee projects are preferred.

Average grant proposals run between $750 and $2,300.

Project minimum of $750.

All projects under $750 must be paid in full, in advance.

For projects over $750, an advance payment of $750 or 50%
(whichever is greater) is required.

Full balance is due upon completion. When balance is received, final product will be delivered.

Client may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement and an Agreement to Contract Services, which includes specific project milestones, delivery dates, fees and other information as agreed to by both parties.

Special projects outside of those outlined on this website are
quoted on a case-by-case basis.
